Refund/Returns/Exchanges/Cancellation Policy
Returns/Refunds- Products
If you are not satisfied with your product because it is damaged, defective, not the correct size, or color, please call or e-mail us so we can replace the product or determine if you are eligible for a refund. It is helpful to us if you can take a picture of the item and e-mail it to us so we can make the manufacturer aware of the error and prevent future mistakes. We cannot replace items based on customer remorse because all items are custom made and cannot be resold.
Exchanges – Products
If you have not received the correct color or size of a product please contact us so we can send the correct item as soon as possible.
Cancellations – Products
If you have ordered a product and realize immediately that you no longer want the product, you must contact us before design production has begun. Once production has begun the order cannot be cancelled. In addition, once the item has shipped it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Refunds - Venue and Vendor Finding Services
Venues and Vendors Express provides a finding service which is not a tangible returnable good, so we do not offer a refund on our finding services. Once we receive your order we immediately begin working on finding the best Venue and/or Vendors for your event. We aim to provide the best service and appropriate match for your request and will continue to work until you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the initial results of your order please contact us so we can figure out how we can best get you the results you are looking for. We are willing to work with you and want you to be satisfied!
Cancellations - Venue and Vendor Finding Services
As soon as an order is placed to find your Venue and/or Vendor we immediately begin researching to find your perfect match. If for any reason you have changed your mind or believe you have made an error in your purchase please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can prevent the payment from going through. Once we have collected the payment and begin researching, we do not offer refunds.
